On 23 July 2024, PTET proudly participated in the Pengibaran Bendera Kecil for the Majlis Keberangkatan Kebawah Duli Bercemar Duli, held in conjunction with the Sultan’s 78th birthday celebration. This special event, which also included a community meet-and-greet with the residents of Tutong District, was marked by enthusiastic involvement from PTET.

A total of 141 Lower Sixth (L6) students joined the flag-waving ceremony, demonstrating their dedication to honoring this significant national occasion. The event not only highlighted the students' commitment to civic engagement but also strengthened PTET’s role in celebrating and supporting key cultural and royal events.

Additionally, our selected SEAYLP students showcased their experiences and skills honed during the South East Asia Youth Leadership Program (SEAYLP) in the United States back in May. Their leadership activities were presented during the meet-and-greet event, highlighting their growth and contributions. This participation underscored PTET’s pride in contributing to the community and its ongoing support for national traditions and celebrations.

PTET Sustainability Ambassadors Host Successful 'No Plastic Kudasai' Event (20/07/2024)

On Saturday, 20th July 2024, PTET's Sustainability Ambassadors organized an engaging 'No Plastic Kudasai' event. The talk explored the urgent need to eliminate plastic utensils from our daily lives and inspired attendees to start their own sustainability journeys. This event was part of PTET's broader commitment to environmental stewardship and support for sustainability initiatives.

Held in conjunction with the No Plastic Kudasai campaign on Monday, 22nd July 2024, the event encouraged PTET members to bring their own non-plastic utensils and lunch boxes, as the canteen did not provide utensils that day. PTET's active involvement in such initiatives underscores the institution's dedication to fostering a culture of environmental responsibility and promoting sustainable practices within the community.
