PTET Staff bowling competition (12.5.2018)

On Saturday 12 May 2018, as part of the team building activities, PTET administrators, tutors and non-teaching staff as well as PIBG members took part in the staff bowling competition at the Grand Seria Bowling Complex.

Launching of the Cultivation of Quran Reading Culture (10.5.2018)

On 10 May 2018, in conjunction with the nationwide launching of the cultivation of Quran reading culture at government Primary and Secondary Schools and Sixth Form Centres, the launching at PTE Tutong was held in all classrooms at 7.30am.

PTET orientation for new lower sixth 2018/2019 officially concludes (28.2.2018)

Last Wednesday afternoon, parents and teachers were present to support the lower sixth class of 2018/2019 in showcasing their group performance as part of the annual orientation "rite of passage".

We hope the period would have instilled within the students the core values of the college - Perseverance, Trustworthiness, Excellence and Team Synergy.

We wish them good luck and all the very best with the challenging and turbulent times ahead, hoping that they will rise up to the occasion when the time arrives.

Expressions put student on top at science communication symposium (1.2.2018)

This year's edition of the PTET Youth Science Symposium marked the fourth year in succession it has been held in PTE Tutong. It was also dedicated to Mr Bryan David Haysum, the former Head of Science and a long-time Biology tutor of the college, who sadly will be retiring later in the year.

The PTET Youth Science Forum (YSF) is a student-run organization, focussing on effective science communication through lunchtime lectures and building soft skills as part of the 21st century skill-sets required in this modern times - including working as part of a student team, creativity and flair, and most importantly communicating effectively.

The YSF17 team is getting ready for their succession plan for the current lower sixth 2018/2019 to take over before the end of Term 1. Adverts have been sent out through class tutors and in case it hasn't reached you or your friends, spread the words. Nominate yourself into this quite-academic student organization and make a difference to your time in A-Level.

The school is proud of this year's excellent results in the Cambridge Assessment International Examinations General Certificate of Advanced Levels October/November 2017.
