PTE Tutong Teacher's Day Celebration 2026

24 SEPTEMBER 2026

A Teacher’s Day Celebration was held at Pusat Tingkatan Enam Tutong (PTE Tutong) on 29 September 2026, from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., organised by the Majlis Pelajar-Pelajar dan Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya (MPP/PRR) Batch 2026/2027.

The theme of the celebration was “Teachers as Students, Students as Teachers,” where teachers were encouraged to dress as they would have when they were students, while students dressed up as their teachers. The programme began with a doa, followed by student performances including a traditional dance and band singing. It also featured Teacher’s Day quizzes for teachers and students, as well as Sinjang and Tudung Contests for teachers.

The celebration was followed by separate pot-luck sessions for teachers and students, providing an opportunity to enjoy a meal and socialise within their respective groups. Overall, the celebration provided a fun and meaningful platform for students to express their appreciation to their teachers, while encouraging interaction, participation and a stronger sense of community within PTE Tutong.

Happy Teacher’s Day to all present and former teachers of PTE Tutong! Your dedication, guidance and contributions continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students
