On 27 October 2014, Ms Helen Choo, Principal of Tampines Junior College Singapore, with Mr Wee Hong Ong and Mr Ishak Abdul Latiff, paid a courtesy visit to PTE Tutong. The twinning programme between the two schools will start next year in 2015 for the duration of 4 years.
