Fifteen Lower Six students from Pusat Tingkatan Enam Tutong (Batch 2026/2027) participated in the STEAM for the Future programme, featuring the Chopstick Robotics workshop facilitated by the STEP Centre. The workshop was held from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. at ICT Lab 1.
The hands-on session introduced students to the fundamentals of robotics through the design and construction of simple robotic models using chopsticks and other readily available materials. By engaging in practical activities, students developed their creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and basic engineering skills while gaining a deeper appreciation of STEAM-based learning.
The students were accompanied by their supervising teachers, Cg Norhayati Hj Momin and Cg Lim Ming Han.
